Our family is very happy with Mandalika Intercultural School! Not only do we love the diverse community which we believe is so enriching for the students but thanks to the low teacher to student ratio, teachers are able to tailor-make learning programs for each student. This has benefited our son immensely and helped him to catch up on the schooling he previously missed.
We recently moved to Kuta Lombok and my kids aged 9 and 13 started school in August. They love their new school, teachers and beautiful campus. As parents there is no greater satisfaction than knowing your kids are in a safe, nurturing environment and this is the way we feel every morning when we drop then off. We simply could not be happier! Thank you MIS.
Is a International school, with a Cambridge and Indonesian curricula. Teachers are great, they focus a lot in the individual needs of each student. They have a new campus with all the facilities that kids needed. Another thing that I like about the school is that they have a environmental approach and they take kids to participate in Community events such us helping in Lombok plastic free or Kuta Lombok dogs.
Our kids had a wonderful time at the Mandalika Intercultural School in Kuta. The teachers are very nice, the school concept is well thought out and improvements are constantly being made in cooperation and close coordination with the parents. Probably the best international school in Lombok!
I am so pleased with the progress my son, Joshua, has made in the Early Years class. The school offers a well balanced program of curricular education and extra curricular activities that have been interesting and valuable for Joshua’s education, social skills and physical development.
I feel secure with the school taking on the responsibility of Joshua’s well being and development and is eager to attend and is happy with the time he spends there. The teachers care about the students and this comes from top with a caring Principal.
The school has some challenging times ahead and I will do all I can to support them with the knowledge of Joshua being in such capable hands.
This school makes a lot possible! Our daughter was allowed to attend kindergarten for two weeks. The teachers there are incredibly nice and sensitive and really did everything to make our daughter feel comfortable and not alone! Cleaning up or coming into the circle is ritualized with songs that our daughter still sings to this day and that we have now even adopted at home! Each week there is a report on what the children have done/experienced during the week, which really gives you a great insight into the children’s morning. A school party was organized on Halloween, which really exceeded all expectations. A very big thank you again for this huge commitment.
It was a great experience both for us and our 2 kids to go to MIS this semester. They have ambitious teachers and a very polished and nice school environment. Our kids (first and second grade) didn’t know many words in English when we arrived, but they have learnt so so much. In English and math as well as all the other subjects. They have also grown so much as individuals that none of them wanted to leave for home in Europe when the time here came to an end. Hopefully, we will be back soon!

The teachers are incredibly dedicated, possessing a unique ability to see each individual student. The close follow-up between the school and home, coupled with effective communication, creates a supportive learning atmosphere.
Academic challenges tailored to the student’s level and opportunities for development are prominent, fostering a stimulating learning experience. The school promotes strong camaraderie and has masterfully built relationships between the school and families in the international community.
Excursions and events are fantastic, and the teachers and leadership demonstrate an impressive level of commitment. Our daughter’s linguistic, academic, and social development in just 6 months was exceptional.

Mandalika Intercultural School is a great asset for South Lombok. The school itself has grown rapidly over the last few years and provides an International Standard Curriculum, recognized worldwide, with the highest calibre of Expatriate and Indonesian teachers. My children cannot wait for the new campus to be finished by 4Q22 which will improve the education and infrastructure standards to enable the kids to learn in a hidden paradise without any compromise in educational quality. Highly recommend this school for any potential parents thinking about relocating to live in Lombok either short to long term.
We moved from the UK to Lombok with this school in mind, when we visited we was really pleased however now our kids are students here it’s over exceeded our expectations!! Fantastic school community!! We are really happy here 🙂
My son (4y.) goes to this school since May and we are really happy with the school. The teachers are amazing, they are so sensitive and put in a lot of effort. The whole campus is new, clean and looks amazing, especially the bamboo roof!!
Our son was at school here for a month. Registration was uncomplicated and the staff was very competent and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Dylan and Mr. Hilman for their great teaching work! The canteen has the best banana-strawberry smoothie!
A school where they see the needs of the children and teach them to adapt, I like it because they emphasize what each child likes!! Without a doubt the best school my son has been to.
Our 7-year-old son has been at MIS for the last four years and we are super happy with their level of care and teaching. His teachers are dedicated, nurturing and communicative, and have fostered in our son a love of learning.
